มีอยู่รอบหนึ่ง ใจของผมเข้าไปสู่สภาวะพักผ่อนที่ลึกมาก และมากจนกระทั่งความรู้สึกของร่างกายหายไปโดยสิ้นเชิง สิ่งที่ผมเห็น คือ แสงที่สว่างมาก เป็นแสงที่พุ่งออกมาจากศูนย์กลางกาย ซึ่งต่อมาความสว่างนี้เป็นทรงกลม เหมือนดวงจันทร์กลางท้องฟ้า ผมจึงเรียกดวงสว่างนี้ว่า My Moon (พระจันทร์ของฉัน)
